By accessing or using the Swiftme Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription and Payments

Some aspects of the Service may be available only through a paid subscription. Payment terms are as follows:

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds may be provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

Using the Service to generate content that violates any third-party platform's terms of service
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with other users
Using the Service for spamming or other abusive practices
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of our software

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Swiftme and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Swiftme, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
